How do I change my subscription?

As a Maintenance Partner subscriber, you can easily update the number of users or modules you need. If you are not logged into your account, do so by clicking Manage Account.  When you are logged in, go to Pricing > Purchase. All details about your current subscription are shown. Change the options to reflect your new subscription choices. Click the Add to Basket button, and the Unit Price shows the price of your new monthly subscription. 

Continue the checkout process to complete the purchase. The new amount will be charged to your credit card on your next monthly renewal date as determined by your initial purchase. Wait a few minutes for the system to process the changes. Your subscription, including these changes, will be available to you the next time you log in to Maintenance Partner.

How is my subscription renewed?

Your subscription is renewed automatically each month with your credit card number we have on file. The renewal date is the day of the month of your first order. If your renewal day is the 29th, 30th or 31st and the current month doesn't have those days, your subscription will be renewed on the last day of the month; however, your official renewal date remains the same.

How do I change my account information?

Click My Account located at the top right hand of the website. You can change the following information:

  • Credit Card
  • Contact Information

It is important to keep this information current since this is used to process your monthly subscription.  If your card number is invalid on your renewal date, you will receive an email asking you to update your credit card information. You will have a two week grace period to complete this. When your credit card information is updated, your card will be charged your regular monthly rate and you will have no lapse in service. If you do not update your credit card information within this time period, your subscription will be canceled, and you will be required to pay the $125 setup fee if you renew at a later date.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Maintenance Partner is a month-to-month subscription.  You may cancel at any time by going to the Subscriptions tab under My Account.  You must cancel at least 7 days before your monthly renewal date.  You can find this information under the Orders tab.  Your renewal date is the day of the month of your first order.  For example, if you purchased Maintenance Partner on June 12th, your renewal date is the 12th. You can continue to access Maintenance Partner until your renewal date.  No refunds will be issued.  You can renew your subscription at a later date, but you will be required to pay the $125 setup fee.
