A CMMS is more than just a glorified work order system. It has the potential to be a superior information repository that can shape decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. Properly managed work order data can be used to create powerful reports, charts, and graphs to spot trends, justify budgets, and measure performance. It can also help maximize the value of your CMMS and realize savings far beyond the organization's original investment. A well managed work order system can transform your maintenance department from a cost center to a cost avoidance center.

  • Discover the role of good process and procedure documents.
