John C. Smith

John C. Smith, Maintenance Partner Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, is originally from the Chicago area. He studied accounting at Oklahoma State University and received both a Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree in Accounting. He holds a Certified Public Accountants certificate and is on the Board of Directors of several technology companies. During the past 20 years, he has consulted with, owned or managed several technology companies through his association with Deloitte and Touche, The Williams Companies, Muzak and several investment banking firms. John has worked in more than 27 countries throughout the world.

D. LeAnn Leon

LeAnn Leon, Maintenance Partner Managing Director, is originally from Independence, KS. She studied geography, marketing and statistics at Oklahoma State University and received a Bachelors Degree in Business. LeAnn was the Product Manager of Web-based Solutions for TMA Systems beginning in 2001. Prior to that, she was the Vice President of Sales for an organization with a web-based member management system.
